At Pandani Montessori ELC we aim to offer our Educators an environment where they can truly thrive; creating a positive, inclusive work culture where employees feel valued, respected and heard.

In a Montessori setting, nurturing children toward a brighter future, as envisioned by Maria Montessori, necessitates that teachers cultivate daily spiritual awareness.  A teacher should embody unity, demonstrating humility, sensitivity, responsiveness, and profound respect for nature and all people. Cultivating humility, the teacher should strive to foster the child’s development by acting as a scientist, an attentive observer, observing facts, demonstrating them through experience, and maintaining humility in teaching to support natural development. The true art of teaching lies in guiding children to learn independently; this requires knowledge, experience, and a deep understanding of child development, science, intuition, and the inspiration that gives untiring patience, unquenchable hope, and faith.

There are a number of Montessori qualification to support the understanding of the philosophy. These include a certificate in Montessori, Montessori Diploma, Montessori leadership and Individual courses and workshops that are specific to certain areas of learning. There may be opportunities through Pandani Montessori to explore these options of learning. If you are interested in this, please let us know through your expression of interest of employment.
